Registered Office

We provide one of our addresses as your registered office, (being the address registered with Companies House). This address is for the receipt of official mail, such as notices from Companies House and HMRC. Other notices can be received, such as legal proceedings and information requests from statutory bodies.

If you would also like general mail to be received, this can be done by signing up to our mail forwarding service.

The registered office address can also be used as a service address for company directors, shareholders and secretaries.
